Will my house be perfect after following the advice of a Feng Shui consultant?

No, nothing is perfect, but it will be better than before. There are situations in which the consultant cannot suggest change for the better without going to great upheaval and expense. In this sort of situation you would be advised to effect certain changes in order to build up your strength (of chi) to sell the house and move to a better place.

If I sell my house after such circumstances won't the next person be badly affected?

The next person who buys your house may be moving from an even worse situation. In that respect he is improving his lot, ready to move on again after gathering strength himself. You have to move up the ladder of good chi in small steps, you cannot take great leaps without potential problems - note the experiences of many lottery winners!

Alternatively, he may be able to cope with a difficult situation - exposed and windy hill tops are where Kings built their castles!
